I find the study and exploration of sexuality to be very interlinked not only to our own personal awareness, growth and healing, but to the healing and evolution of humanity at large! As an Embodiment & Pleasure Coach, my role is to guide you through somatic, body-based inquiries, or exercises, designed to nurture, deepen or awaken the sensual self. Whether you want to heal feelings of sexual shame, explore the intersection of sex and spirit, better express your desires, or deepen your erotic pleasure, I welcome you on this journey. It is my mission and passion to help women to evolve past the fear, shame, trauma and guilt often associated with sex and sexuality.
